One Tech Nepal offers web design, development, hosting, domain management, business email solutions, and social media management services.

A 50% pre-payment is required for web application design, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. For travel-based websites, the payment model is 60% upfront, 20% after the static website is developed, and 20% upon website launch. Payment once received will not be refunded but can be exchanged for other digital services like flyer design, stationery design, and printing.

All charges are subject to a 13% VAT, which will be included in the invoice.

When designing websites, we take inspiration from various templates and related websites to create the perfect site for you. If you wish to obtain a license for an inspired theme, please contact us for assurance.

All websites will display "Powered by One Corporation" with a link to the One Tech Nepal website. E-commerce websites powered by NopCommerce will retain the "Powered by NopCommerce" label unless a fee is paid to remove it.

One Tech Nepal will remove itself as an admin from any social media pages once the social media contract is void.

One Tech Nepal reserves the right to shut down websites, email, and server services in case of incomplete payment. If full payment is not made within 15 days of website launch, the site will be taken offline, and all email services will be shut down immediately.

We provide Let's Encrypt SSL certificates with no insurance. If you require insured SSL certificates, we can provide them at an additional cost.

One Tech Nepal shall not be liable for any loss of data caused by clerical errors of the client. Data restoration will be attempted if reported in time, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

All digital advertisement charges will be calculated in dollars, and our fees are included in the total advertisement amount unless specified otherwise.

Website renewal must be done 2 weeks prior to domain and hosting expiry for ease of services. We reserve all rights to delete the website from our servers if payment is not done within 15 days of expiry. Upon deletion, a recovery charge of NPR. 12500 (USD 125) shall be levied for making the application online again.

In the event of a sales return, any costs incurred for services already purchased, such as domain registration, server hosting, email services, or design work, will be deducted from the return amount. These deductions cover expenses that have already been invested, including the time and effort of our designers and technical teams. Additionally, a 10% service charge will be applied to respect the time dedicated by our sales and marketing teams, which includes proposal creation, field visits, and communication efforts. The remaining amount, after these deductions and applicable VAT and taxes as per Nepal government's regulations, will be refunded.
